Clear Epoxy Resin System For Resinart

Specially designed for resinart

Clear

Solvent free

Odorless

Bright

Does not contain volatile substances

Mixing ratio is 1:1 (by weight)

Jel time is
15 - 25 minutes

Demolding time
is 12 - 15 hours
Usage
• The product is packaged as A (Resin) and B (Hardener). Mix the two products together in a 1: 1 ratio. (For example, mix for 40 grams of mixture, 20 grams of A and 20 grams of B.
• Make the mixtures using sensitive scales.
• For a better mixture, first add hardener to the mixing bowl, then add the resin and mix at a slow speed for at least 3 minutes. Your epoxy may have turned white. After applying it to the surface, it will become transparent again when you pass over it with a torch or lighter.
• You do not need to leave the prepared mixture to rest.
Considerations
• Prepare the resin and hardener mixture to a maximum of 100 grams. The product usage time will be shorter in mixtures with higher amounts and the mixture may become unusable.
• The working time of the mixture is 15 – 25 minutes. The prepared mixture should be used within the working time. Otherwise, the product will overheat and dry without mixing in the container.
• Volumetric measurements made with tools such as beaker, glass, syringe, etc. will cause incorrect mixing ratio. In order to adjust the mixture amount correctly, you must use sensitive scales.
• The product is especially designed as very high viscosity.
• To minimize the formation of bubbles and air bubbles, take care to make the casting slowly.
• You can use a hot air gun and / or torch to remove bubbles on the surface after casting.
• In order to reduce the formation of air bubbles and bubbles in applications, a vacuum machine must be used.
• The mixed resin should not be moved after it has started to gel. Otherwise, fluctuations in texture and surface may occur.
• The mixed resin takes place approximately 12-16 hours after the initial drying. After the first drying, the final hardening process begins and this hardening process continues for 7 days.
• Work at room temperature. Low temperature can cause late drying and misting, and high temperature may cause early drying, yellowing and burning.
• For any reason, do not mix any other material that does not fit into the system.
• Make sure that the equipment you use during the application is dry and clean.
• Do not forget to use safety equipment.
• Avoid contact with your skin. May have an allergic reaction.
• Store the product you do not use at a temperature of 10 and 30 degrees in a closed area away from direct sunlight.
• Do not keep the products openly.
• Do not leave the products obtained as a result of the mixture under direct sun.
• In-product yellowing may occur in the product waiting for a long time.
Cold ambient conditions cause the epoxy resins to whiten, solidify and have a candied appearance. When you observe these situations, your epoxy resin is crystallized. Soak the bottles in 60°C-80°C water until they become transparent, so that they can be reused.
