Epoxy Lamination Resin Usage
Mix the two products packaged as A and B components together as 3A and 1B. Make the mixture using a scale and while mixing, pour the “A” component into the “B” component and mix at a slow speed until a homogeneous and smooth image is obtained. The prepared mixture is used in the appropriate technique according to the type of application to be made and left to dry. Considerations
* The product has two components and cannot be used without mixing the components.
* Never heat the product during mixing and application.
* Use precision scales while preparing the mixture of products.
* For whatever reason, do not mix any other material into the product that you are not sure of its suitability for the system.
* Make sure that the equipment you use during the application is dry and clean.
* Work at room temperature. Low temperature may cause delayed drying and high temperature may cause premature drying.
* After making sure that the poured product has completely hardened, remove it from the mold or proceed to other processes.
* Do not forget to use work safety equipment.
* Avoid contact with your skin.
* Store the product you are not using in a closed area at 10 and 30 C degrees, away from direct sunlight.
* Do not keep the products open.
* Do not leave the products obtained as a result of the mixture under direct sunlight.
* Yellowing in the packaging may occur in the products that are waiting unused.
