• The working time of the mixture is 2 – 3 hours. The prepared mixture should be used within the working time.
• Volumetric measurements made with tools such as beaker, cup, syringe, etc. will cause incorrect mixing ratio. In order to adjust the mixture amount correctly, you must use sensitive scales.
• In order to minimize the formation of bubbles and air bubbles, take care to make the casting slowly and from a single point.
• You can use a hot air gun and / or smooth to remove bubbles formed on the surface after casting.
• In order to reduce the formation of air bubbles and bubbles in applications, a vacuum machine must be used.
• Resin should not be moved after it has started to gel. Otherwise, fluctuations in texture and surface may occur.
• The cast resin can be removed from the mold after approximately 2 – 5 days. After the product is removed from the mold, it starts the final hardening process and this hardening process continues for 7 days.
• Work at room temperature. Low temperature can cause late drying and misting, and high temperature may cause early drying, yellowing and burning.
• Never heat the product during mixing and application.
• For any reason, do not mix any other material that does not fit into the system.
• Make sure that the equipment you use during the application is dry and clean.
• Do not forget to use safety equipment.
• Avoid contact with your skin. You may have an allergic reaction.
• Store the product you do not use at a temperature of 10 and 30 degrees C in a closed area away from direct sunlight.
• Do not keep the products openly.
• Do not leave the products obtained as a result of the mixture under direct sun.
• In-product yellowing may occur in the product waiting for a long time.
